RETURN POLICY
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Due to the nature of cosmetics and hygiene, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different product, simply return the eligible item and place a new order.
